The Concept
Ellis was designed as a sculptural yet minimal outdoor fixture. Its compact triangular body casts a soft, dual-directional glow—projecting light upward and downward to subtly define architectural surfaces without visual clutter.

My Role
I led the design from concept to production handoff—defining the form, proportions, and intent behind key design details. While the engineering team refined specifics for manufacturing, the core structure and design direction remained consistent from my original development.
Result
Ellis now ships as part of Kuzco Lighting’s exterior collection, installed in a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Its clarity, subtle presence, and compact form give it the flexibility to work across styles—modern, minimal, or transitional.
